I. Promotion. The Vendor Shootout for ERP Free Pass promotion (“Promotion”) runs from January 19, 2015 at 12:00:01am EST to midnight EST on January 30, 2015. No subscription or purchase required to enter the draw or to win. Subscription or purchase does not increase chances of winning.

II. Participation. If you wish to enter this promotion, please follow these four steps:

Entrants have to be opted in for the promotion.

III. Eligibility. This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada.  Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be employees of manufacturing, distribution or project-based organizations looking to upgrade or replace their current Enterprise Software Solutions. Independent consultants, consultants working for ERP sales and/or service providers, or individuals who do not meet the definition of the event’s target audience are not eligible to win. Employees of brij Image and Information, (the “Event Coordinator”) its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

IV. Conditions. Entries are limited to one per person. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and decisions of the Event Coordinator. Any taxes or other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

V. Prize. There is one prize in the contest: A free pass for the Vendor Shootout for ERP event, including program, demos, panels, workshops, meals, golf and 2-night accommodations at the host hotel. An approximate value of the prize is $1,400. No travel is included in this prize. The prize is non-transferrable and has no cash value. There are no additional prizes in this promotion.

VI. Winner. The winner will be chosen on January 31, 2015 at 9am EST. The winner will be contacted by Twitter Direct Message on Monday, February 2, 2015, and they will have 24 hours to either accept or reject the prize. If the winner rejects the prize or is unreachable for 24 hours from the 1st contact attempt, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Event Coordinator accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance or usage of the prize awarded hereunder. All taxes and fees are each winner’s responsibility. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. VII. Privacy.
